Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.
You can always contact us for any return question at mr@annesidora.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
* Your item arrives damaged
* You receive the wrong item
* Your item has a manufacturing defect
We may request photographs of the item and its original packaging in order to evaluate the issue.
If your claim is approved, Anne Sidora will provide a replacement item at no additional cost. If the damage occurred during transit, we will work directly with DHL and its shipping insurance provider to file a claim on your behalf.
Please note that replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our collections, all sales are final.
Anne Sidora does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any items once an order has been delivered, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our commitment is to ensure that every customer receives the piece they ordered in excellent condition. When an approved issue occurs, we will provide a replacement item rather than a refund.
